Booking & Cancellation Policy

We keep our cancellation terms simple and fair. Plans change — especially when travelling — and we would rather reschedule your tour than see you lose it.
Free Cancellation
- Day tours: cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour start time.
- Multi-day tours: cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the tour start date.
- Cancellations after these deadlines may incur costs we cannot recover (e.g. pre-paid camps or hotels); we will always minimize these and tell you the exact amount before confirming.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free whenever your new date is available — even at short notice. If your flight is delayed or your plans shift, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to move your tour rather than cancel it.
Deposits & Refunds
- Most day tours require no deposit — you simply confirm by WhatsApp.
- Multi-day tours may require a deposit to secure camps and hotels; the amount will be agreed at booking.
- Refundable amounts are returned by the same method they were paid, normally within 7 business days.
Weather & Safety Cancellations
If we must cancel or cut short a tour for weather or safety reasons (for example, flash-flood risk in Wadi Mujib or sandstorms in Wadi Rum), we will offer a full refund for the affected portion or a free alternative tour — your choice.
No-Shows
If you do not appear at the agreed pickup point and we cannot reach you within a reasonable time, the tour is treated as cancelled on the day and any non-recoverable costs may be charged. Please keep WhatsApp available on your travel day so we can coordinate.
