Our Services

We provide private guided tours and driver services across Jordan, led by licensed local guides and experienced drivers. Tour descriptions, durations and inclusions are listed on each tour page. Anything not listed as included is excluded.

Bookings & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed by WhatsApp or email once we have agreed the itinerary, date and price.
• Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD); payment can also be made in Jordanian dinars (JOD) at the prevailing rate.
• Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer as agreed at booking. We never ask for card details through this website.
• Entrance fees, meals and other items are included only where the tour page or your quote says so.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your group size, pickup location and any special needs.
• Arrive on time for agreed pickups; significant delays may shorten the tour itinerary.
• Carry valid travel documents and any required visas. The Jordan Pass, where relevant, is your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
• Follow the reasonable safety instructions of your guide and driver, especially on hikes and adventure activities.

Health & Fitness

Some tours involve walking, hiking, swimming or exposure to heat. Please tell us in advance about any medical conditions or mobility limitations so we can adapt the itinerary. You participate in physical activities at your own risk and should ensure they are suitable for your fitness level.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in any tour price. We strongly recommend that all guests carry travel insurance covering medical care, trip cancellation and adventure activities where relevant.

Itinerary Changes

We may adjust an itinerary where required by weather, road conditions, site closures or safety considerations. Where a significant change is needed, we will offer the best available alternative. If an attraction closes unexpectedly, entrance fees paid for that attraction will be refunded or an alternative visit arranged.

Liability

We operate with licensed guides, insured vehicles and careful attention to safety. To the extent permitted by Jordanian law, our liability is limited to the value of the services booked with us. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, government action, or the acts of third-party providers such as hotels, camps and boat operators, though we will always assist in resolving any issue.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
