🪂 Parasailing
About This Adventure
Parasailing in Aqaba is about the view as much as the adrenaline. At cruising height you can pick out the shorelines of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Israel while the Red Sea glitters below you in colours that range from turquoise to deep sapphire depending on depth.
The ride itself is surprisingly serene — you are towed behind a speedboat, so you gently lift off the platform, drift upward, and float in relative silence for 15–30 minutes before being smoothly reeled back in. It is genuinely accessible for nervous first-timers.
Standard packages offer solo or tandem flights; tandem is popular for couples and parents with children tall enough to wear a harness (typically 120 cm+).
